We strongly recommend that the given products are used and or administered solely by licensed professionals who are trained and experienced with these products.
We have no information about the medical histories and health conditions of our customers. This is why we don’t offer any instructions to manage or on usage of the products.
We also recommend consulting a medical professional for any doubts or concerns about the usage of these products.

If purchased by 4pm EST, you can be sure that your order will be packed and shipped within a few hours time. From us to you (If in the U.S.) will be 2-4 days on average and overnight in ideal circumstances. If purchased after 4pm EST, we cannot guarantee same day shipping. Your order will be shipped the very next morning (excluding Sundays and Federal Holidays).
Once you make your order with us you will receive a confirmation email and or an sms (if opted for). Shortly after, you will receive another email and or sms with your tracking information.

An order can only be cancelled if it hasn't shipped. At that point you would have to submit for a return once your order is received. There will be no refund on shipping costs.

We can honor refunds, returns or replacements for cases such as:
- Received Wrong Product
- Missing Product in Order
- Damaged or Defective Product
- Want to exchange
Please note that you need to inform us of the issue no later than 3 days after the delivery date.We will not be able to assist you if you report your problem later than this period.If you are within the acceptable date of return or refund please contact us at info@showfacebeauty.com and include a picture of the damaged or unopened product stating the reasons or information regarding the mentioned product.
Please bear in mind that all the products we sell are specifically designed and intended to be administered by trained, certidied medical personnel. In the event these products are used incorrectly or by untrained and or uncertified individuals, it may lead to adverse or undesired performance or results. We want to emphasize enough that we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from improper usage. To request a refund, we require a complete video recording that shows the unpacking process and the procedure performed using the product. This video is crucial in supporting your claim and helping us identify the cause of the problem. Without a video recording, we cannot process a refund.
The information about the issue should be made within 30 days of the delivery date through email at info@showfacebeauty.com. After this period, if no problem is reported, we will confirm the transaction as closed.
If only one product in the box is damaged, we will refund you for the damaged product(s). To receive a full refund, please send a picture or video of each damaged product.
We frequently restock inventory. Although, we can not control the rate at which these products are purchased so selling out does happen. Unless the product is discontinued or through our research we find that there is something wrong with the product it will be back on our site as soon as possible.
We send out restock emails. Also, there is an option on the product page of any out of stock item to submit your email to be notified when that particular product is back in stock. Please subscribe at the bottom of any page on our site to stay in the know about sales, discounts codes, restocks and new products brought to the site.

Please note that because of our lightning fast packing and shipping process, if you do not contact us about your order in a timely manner we will not be able to change it as will be already on its way to you.
If the tracking information shows your order has been delivered but you never received it, please make sure it's been more than 4 days since you received the tracking info. If you haven't received the tracking information, please contact us at info@showfacebeauty.combefore reaching out to us, please follow the steps below:
- Check the shipping status on the logistics provider website
- Note down the delivery date and time
- Get in touch with your local logistics provider office
- If possible request direct contact information of the designated courier at that time
- File a police report for theft and send it to us.
- If USPS, contact Postal Inspector at 877-876-2455 to investigate the theft

In the event where you may refresh the page, click the checkout button twice or simply the checkout process malfunctions and you are charged twice, no worries!
